"The location is excellent, only about 25 minutes from Niagara Falls. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, one of the rooms feels too small to comfortably fit two beds. I would recommend upgrading the beds and mattresses to improve comfort and provide a better experience for future guests."

"Great home, newer subdivision. Construction ongoing in area, but not an issue. Beds were firmer than we like, but not uncommon for many other sites I’ve stayed at. Owner was great to communicate with, easy drive in and out of downtown. Would stay there again for sure."
