"Food court options were fine, I enjoyed the couple of meals I had there. Easily walkable or a quick bus ride to Epic Universe. "

"This is a great place to stay for families. We really enjoyed it and they have two big pools. They have laundry machines. Early entry to Universal and they shuttle service was great. They charge fro parking each night which was expensive. We really liked our stay. "

"Two bed room was ideal for my husband and I and our two teens. There was plenty of space for us all. The view from the room was directly across from VB which was nice however it was loud as we were seemingly above an industrial aircon unit that ran 24/7. It was fine for me with my ear plugs in but something to consider. Check in was speedy and check out was easy. Room service pizza was enjoyed by the teens. Location is great. It’s definitely walkable to the park but the shuttle service is super reliable. Great entry level Universal hotel. "

"Wish I had more time at this lovely hotel. We have stayed at other airport hotels before and had to walk a long distance with our luggage so were worried. Fortunately the hotel’s location is conveniently located near the baggage pick up inside the airport…not on the end of the airport but right inside. The rooms are modern, the beds are comfortable, check in was a breeze, extra large tv and space to move around. We were there only overnight so we did not check out the hotel’s other accommodations."
