「The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...

「Zuerst: Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel war nah am Markt mit einigen Restaurants. Und das war auch nötig, da das eigene Restaurant an diesem Tag geschlossen war. Dazu gab es keinen Hinweis. Das Hauptfoto verweist auf ein Spaßbad. Dabei geht man davon aus, das es entweder am Hotel angeschlossen ist, oder wenigstens in der Nähe. Dem ist aber nicht so. Es ist über 10 Gehminuten weg. Das Frühstück war okay. Gern hätte ich...

「When I visited this hotel (August 2017), it could be accessible from Gmunden railway station by a combination of a city tram (from the station as far as Franz-Josef-Platz) and a special electric bus (from Josef -Platz to the stop right in front of the hotel). The latter is free of charge for hotel guests, but it is only available after 11:00 a.m. (Note this info is always subject to changes, partly because the renovation of the local transportation network seems now under way.) 「We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.」

Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und schafft eine romantische, heimelige Atmosphäre, Inder man sich immer wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Wellness-Bereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber, an vollen Tagen überfüllt ist, was der endgültigen Entspannung leider nicht ganz zuträgt. Wir würden dennoch gerne wiederkommen!」
