"There were no outlets by the desk nor bed. There were only two outlets near the floor that were not close to the desk or bed. There was not a light near the bed. As it was for only for one night, but if a longer stay this room would be unacceptable."

At other times, the front desk was overloaded during check out time. Parking is overpriced. Room needs a box of Kleenex, and possibly a refrigerator. Pillows are all pretty hard. Location is excellent for shopping and access to airport, freeways and even downtown through the street car service."
