"The room is very tired and there was visible mold throughout the bathroom including the sink, shower and floor. BLEACH would kill this. Floor carpet dirty and our door was left open all day after cleaners attended."

"Good central location, although it can be noisy on Friday/Saturday nights due to a bar close-by and loud cars. The apartment had nice view of the hinterland but was quite outdated. Would have been nice to have the beds made up in the living room upon arrival as opposed to us having to do this. Cleanliness was also average. Size of the apartment was good. All and all it was ok. "

"Our stay could not have been more perfect at this truly 5 star hotel. The staff were more than amazing and accommodating. I love that I received texts if I had any requests so that I didn’t have to wait in lines at reception. I highly recommend and ocean view room. Location is close to everything and area is safe. Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "

"Great location about a leisurely 15 minute walk to Cavill ave. Better still only a couple of minutes walk a tram stop that takes you straight there or if you want to go further down to Broadbeach for casino of pacific fair. For a $1.50 all day ticket the tram is a great option. The room is spacious with lounge and large screen tv. The full kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook in the room. Bedroom is perfect with a medium feel mattress and tv that is surrounded by windows that look out towards surfers and hinterland. All things considered a great room for the price."
