"The staff were amazing very kind and professional. We were very disappointed in the room the we originally were given. We paid for an ocean front room 6+ months in advance which we thought would be one of the best rooms. The view from the second floor was the roof top the restaurant and the parking lot. We were so upset that we asked to be moved to a standard room which viewed the side with the tennis courts. I think Marriot should be ashamed for calling that and charging for an oceanfront. Today now we are at a different hotel with a beautiful ocean front view. "

"Basically motel 8 in Hawaii with lipstick Poor entrance for baggage drop off area Site has horrible parking where there are limited spots. people do not know how to park in their own space so what they do have is blocked off. Hotel rooms quality is horrible Feral cats running everywhere. "

"Was put in room 211. They must be renovating, as the shower looked old. Nice having a small fridge in the room, a microwave would have been appreciated. Not worth the price, only stayed one night, resort fee seems excessive. Will stay elsewhere on next visit to Kona."

"Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "

"Great place to stay in Kona. The house was clean and had everything we needed including equipment for the beach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and snorkeling.The only minor downside was that it is close to a road so it can be noisy at times. "

"Tobiah was on site to make sure we got in okay. The townhouse was clean and spacious with a view all the way to the ocean. The bathroom was updated with plenty of hot water to warm up after spending the day in the water."
