"The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee. The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. So if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to avoid floors above the pool level. The soaker tub with jets was incredible—definitely a highlight of the stay. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. If you want quicker access to the casino, I’d recommend staying in the South Tower. If you prefer a newer tower, there’s one with a great food court downstairs that offers more affordable options. I really loved how this hotel caters to different budgets—you can keep it affordable or go more upscale depending on what you want. This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the falls, and I will definitely be coming back. It’s so convenient and very family-friendly. 5 stars! ⭐️"

"Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty."

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was quite comfortable I thinks they’re not queen. However, I think some small improvements could make the stay even better such as having microwave, and some water bottles in the room."

"I have photos of how dirty the blinds were in the bathroom, Black spots all over them and dust completely covering them. Disgusting. The tv isn’t even facing the beds it’s facing a wall n bar table. Opposite of your bed and it doesn’t even rotate to face the bed. Honestly disappointed with this place sadly. Lobby is beautiful that’s it. "
