「Very nice hotel in a great location.」

「It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!」

「Had wrong date booked by Expedia. No one would rebook to the right date(Expedia or the hotel) when I called both within minutes of the booking. So I just lost out one night.」

「When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

「The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there.
