Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, clean cozy modern apartment , bright and tastefully decorated , without cluttering and very practical with all that you need.With a subtle Ravenclaw blue theme , our place is a continuation of your visit to the Harry Potter Studios.
Perfect for the Studio Tour and trips to London : we are 5 minutes drive from the Studios and 2 min walk from Garston Station.
With Free allocated parking, its also a great place if you are working in the area !
The space
An Entire spacious first floor one bedroom Apartment with own entrance , just refurbished and decorated. Fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.
Double bed in bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge ( bedding for the sofa bed are provided but not set up )

Its a great place for a visit to London or the Warner Brothers Studios , the place has been decorated with artworks from the Harry Potter books to add to your experience , nice a peaceful for a work trip or a relaxing getaway.

If you are working at the Leavesden Studios this place is only minutes away , with easy access to motorways.

We offers a double size bed in the master bedroom , and a good sized double bed sofa bed. We have a fully equipped kitchen , bathroom with walk in shower .

There is a TV with Chromecast , which allows you to play Netflix or other streaming platforms , or casting from your own device.

You can use the kitchen , equipped with a microwave , kettle , coffee machine , toaster , stove , fridge/freezer. Pots plates and cutlery are available.

There will be tea and coffee , milk jam and butter in the fridge

Our Flat is baby friendly with the following amenities on request : Stair gate , High Chair , Bath , Cot.

Parking is free on the bays outside the flat in the little parking area , you can use any space

Extra beds are 15£ extra if you are two and wish to sleep separately ( both beds )

Cot beds are free of charge but you need to bring your own baby bedding.
Guest access
The flat has its own front door and own access.

You will have your own keys and can come and go as you please.

Early Check-in from 1pm can be arranged with a single fee of £20 but it needs to be arranged in advance

Late Check-out will be charged at 15£ per hour past 10.00am.

Please ask us in both cases.

Please note : We don’t offer access for bags drop off unless you request an early checkin , but the Warner Brother Studio Tour offers free Cloakroom for suitcases.
Other things to note
Make sure to read the house manual and rules to make sure the place is suited for you and you can follow them.
We had issues in the past ( parties , degradation , smoking , extra people , filming ect ) any breech would result in a cancellation of your booking without a refund and a request to leave immediately.
For filming or photography for professional projects. Any serious requests can be messaged to us and we will assess then case by case.
