ウォータールー ホテル

「While the room was updated and clean, I did not get any sleep due to the noise from a door slamming and hallway ice machine maker being used throughout the night.」

「Beautiful, clean, well- maintained hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A shout out to front desk staff members, Amber and Brooklyn, for helping us find somewhere open late for dinner delivery to our room, and the kitchen staff for a great breakfast, and Trudy, who so cheerfully served the breakfast items and specialty coffees that were included with our stay. Perfect stop over location for travel between Maine and Nova Scotia. Free underground parking with an...

「Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and convenient. We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there becuae the room they gave us didn't have bath towels and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. However, the front desk staff was very helpful in switching rooms and gave us some extra 'perks'. The room we ended up was clean and we had no other issues. Would still recommend this hotel.」

「Breakfast was delicious, fresh, special coffees, friendly staff」

「Great location」

「Wonderful morning hot meals and friendly hotel staff.」

「Just missing a water station.」

「This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Communication is quick and timely. The location is great for wandering into town to bars, restaurants and the waterfront. Short covered walk to the market for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended this place for a short stay in the Port City.」

「The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street.」

「The blackout drapes on the window, you could smell the smoke from the smoke area, had to lift the door to lock it, parking was atrocious for the unit」

「Fabulous stay」

「Nice cozy place for a night spend.」

「The Regent is an excellent budget-friendly old fashioned motel— each individual room is on the ground floor and has a parking space in front. It is clean and has everything you need — a comfortable bed, a TV, free internet, a tub/shower, a refrigerator and a microwave. The furnishings are basic and the bathroom is small, but the cost was at least $100.00 less than the other, more modern chain motels for the night we stayed.」

「Bad smell, uncomfortable bed, dirty, fire hazard with wires and patch up plumbing for the shower. The microwave didn’t work because the breaker tripped. The carpet at the entrance dirty and the door wasn’t painted either.」
