「It looks small from the outside but the room is really huge and the additional toilet was a bonus! The beds are big and comfortable.I would definitely recommend this hotel」

「Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

「From even before our arrival Nicolas messaged me to give information. At the suites he welcomed us and showed the suite with explanation of every amenities and also described the building history. Just amazing to live in a building from the 14th century, but with all the modern appliances you have in your own home. It is a fusion from the mediaeval times to the present day and it works like I've never seen before! Top score! 10/10」

「アントワープのマップを丁寧に教えてもらえました！ また、昼に到着して朝食のお気遣いまでしていただきました とてもフレンドリーで素敵なスタッフです 気になったことは、玄関ドアの開け方がイマイチわからなかったことと、シャワーがバスルームの外まで少し流れていたことです。 観光地まで遠くなく、静かな通りにあり、とても快適でした！ちなみに、ホテルにはボタンを押すと入れるようです」

「旧市街から近い良いロケーションでした。レトロでチャーミングなインテリアが魅力的でした。 部屋の暖房は手動でしたが、調節が出来て快適でした。街中なのに落ち着く、静かで快適なB&Bでした。 エレベーターは無く螺旋階段なので、大きなスーツケースを持っていると厳しいです。 朝食が９時からなので、少し遅いと思います。（早く出発する場合は置いてあるものを自由に食べて良いと言われ、問題はありませんでしたが。） チェックインは少し難しかったです。例えば、Hotels.comで予約時「別の場所でチェックインするように」との指示があり、その場所（別のホテル）へ行ったら閉まっていて、結局電話して迎えに来ていただかなければならず。（早く予約し過ぎたせいかもしれませんが。）」

「Very nice and pleasant place with a beautiful water view! The hosts responded right away and were helpful. Close to everything from restaurants, bars, and trains.」

「Everything was great apart from that there was no one when I arrived there. I had to wait for about one hour. Finally, Expedia helped me though. It would be better let the hotel know telephone number just in case. They won’t answer the unfamiliar number on the phone.」
