「The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired. There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably. As a final first...

「This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

We especially appreciated the extraordinarily comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (including sharp knives, which is a rarity), and ample parking. The zoned heating system was especially appreciated for night time cooling while keeping the downstairs a bit warmer. The rooms even have window units to supplement AC...
