The Space:
This 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom townhome can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably with a king bed, 36" HD Samsung TV in three of the suites, private bathroom in two of the suites, and two twins over full bunk beds and a 31" HD Hitachi TV in the fourth suite. Enjoy the community pool to cool off in the summer heat. Practice your swing on the ping pong table, or relax your aching muscles in your private hot tub after hiking in Zion National Park. Have the best experience at The View!

Super easy check in and check out. Very clean and we loved the fun extras this home had to offer like the well-stocked kitchen, outdoor TV and easy access to the pool across the street. Beds were pretty firm, but comfortable enough. The hot tub had a very strong mildew smell but the water looked clean so we still used it. The water did bleach my daughter's swimsuit though so be wary of that. Overall very nice stay and we would stay again!

This property is well-maintained and conveniently located just across from the pool, which is easily visible from all front-facing windows - perfect for monitoring older children. The cleanliness of the place is commendable, and its easy accessibility from the freeway adds to its appeal. The only drawback experienced during the stay was poor cell reception with Verizon (only one bar) and occasional Wi-Fi disconnections, although the internet speed was impressive when operational.

Enjoyable stay

Very nice, new, well kept townhouse. It worked excellent for our family of 5 to meet up with grandparents and another related family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and especially nice to have 4 1/2 bathrooms when everyone was getting ready to head out for the day. It is a 50 min drive to Zion, but not a bad drive. We enjoyed having the pickle ball equipment and it worked great to store our bikes in the garage. Well supplied kitchen.

Super clean

The rental unit was super clean and larger than we expected. Hot tub was nice and there was an unexpected large outdoor TV which was great for watching sports while having a soak in the evenings. Great location for access to Zion. The nearby Red Cliff recreation area was a nice surprise for hiking without the crowds in the National Parks. Note, there is a bit of minor freeway noise from I-15 during the busiest traffic times in the deck area. Not a huge deal

My only concern was that the shower curtains were smelly and duty I don't want to be picky but for next time I have to call someone to replace them . And one more thing I feel that check out could be at least 11 am . When you are on vacation you don't want to weak up early to leave the house and check in at least 2-3pm

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a great time during our extended weekend! We enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming. We also spent time in Zion, which was a short drive from this property. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the hot tub and it was too hot to enjoy for long.

COMING BACK FOR SURE!!!

The place was amazing, perfect location right outside of St. George. The view was incredible and the patio with the hot tub was the highlight of our trip. Upon arrival a couple things were not working (fire pit, and Air Hockey) but as soon as I called, they had someone there within 20 minutes to get it fixed. One thing we didn't really care for (this was probably my only complaint) was how the workers would just walk in. The hot tub maintenance guy came into our rental, didn't say a word to us and went to work. When the gal came to fix our hot tub, she did knock- but then didn't say a word to anyone else. I feel that they should have been a bit more welcoming as it was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the place was beautiful, the public pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. Place was amazing, we will be back again!
