Summary:
Prince Street Inn is nestled in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, a historic district along the Potomac River marked by cobblestone streets and red brick sidewalks. Located on the quiet side of bustling King Street, stroll through endless indie shops, foodie spots, and open-air eateries by the river.

The Space:
Located on the first floor and delighted with everything you need for a relaxing stay for two, the Duke Suite is bright with large south-facing windows and a queen-sized sleeping nook turned cozy alcove. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the 40" pivoting flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking basics, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests.

Guest Access:
Self check-in is simple with secure, keyless entry. Your assigned entry code is unique and will provide access for the duration of you stay.

Street Parking:
Free with 2 to 3-hr limits or metered payable by street kiosk or ParkMobile app (Zone 44515). All street parking is free overnight starting at 9:00 pm, all day Sundays, and state holidays. Parking in front of the inn is metered during the day and free overnight from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Charming Old Town Alexandria is a favorite neighborhood for tourists because of its historic architecture, its waterfront setting on the Potomac River, and its proximity to D.C. But it also serves as a longtime dining staple for locals looking for everything from raw bar seafood to Southern barbecue to high-end Japanese tasting menus.

Located one block away, browse boutiques as you stroll along the King Street Mile, lined with 200+ independent shops and restaurants. The scene remains lively, with waterfront patios bustling and portions of King Street reserved for pedestrians.

Getting Around:
Known for its walkable lifestyle, Alexandria is a city best experienced on foot.

King Street Trolley:

Great Property, Manager Lied and promised discount.

We stayed for a night in the Prince Street Inn. The inn itself was nice, well kept. Two days before our stay the manager contacted us and told us the hot water heater was broken and no hot water would be available during our stay. As it was too late to book another residence, we asked for a discount so that we could pay use showers elsewhere. The manager promised us a ~30% discount for the inconvenience. The discount was never processed, even with multiple attempts to contact the owner. With each attempt he said he would "Reach out to VRBO to ensure they processed it." after the 3rd time reaching out to him we have decided to leave this review to warn others.
