Our suite was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and efficient. All of our needs were met! The furniture and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Loved having laundry facility. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. Pool area was nice, the soaking pool was big enough to cool off after sitting in the sun. Had a wonderful experience here and we will be back. This trip was for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetary, we plan to come back and stay here for a sight seeing tour of Washington DC as the location was perfect for that. Thank you for making our stay very easy and comfortable.

This hotel is part of the University’s student apartment building. So not a typical hotel. The “studio” is huge with many rooms. Suggestion for improvements: install curtains; add box of tissues; change the door lock

For starters, the staff here are amazing, very nice and helpful. The condition of the units, however, were a bit underwhelming. I noticed a lot of rust in and around the bathroom showers, our dining table was cracked and appeared to be glued back together. The TV would not work, and despite our 2 request calls, it never got fixed during our stay. There was also some type of security lock on the back of the main door handle that the staff were unaware of, causing us to be locked in the room for a short period of time, we initially had to break it off in order to exit the unit. Upon checking in, we were also given a room that had not been cleaned, but the staff were great about changing us to a different unit and upgrading at no charge. It is in a nice location with a few restaurants and stores nearby so very walkable and easy to navigate.

It is a wonderful place to stay. Like stating in an upscale apartment! Kitchen is great, views are great and amenities are great! 👍 I will definitely stay there again! I had to make a Fruitstick Arrangement and their kitchen was perfect for me to work in! 👍!!! We cooked and the stores are conveniently located near the hotel. Very nice with parking!!!

The front desk staff was extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful amenities, onsite parking, and clean, spacious accommodations. The couch could’ve been better maintained, the one in my room was pretty worn but other than that, it was an enjoyable stay in a great neighborhood.
