Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.

Everything about this property was just perfect for our family's trip to D.C., but I want to especially call out the convenient location. We did not have a car with us and there is a Whole Foods, a Starbucks, and a CVS literally within hundreds of feet, not to mention numerous restaurants and a book shop within walking distances. Highly convenient for those visiting without a car.

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples to spend a week exploring Washington DC! The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The property was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to Metro, and close to Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants. This home was perfect for our visit to Washington DC! We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and were very comfortable here. Location was great - walkable to Union Station, and very close to both Whole Foods and Starbucks. Communication with owner was fantastic, overall - highly recommend!

We used the H Street Corridor property as a gathering spot for family members traveling from around the country to DC for a wedding. The place was comfortable and spacious. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which felt like luxury, especially with having to get ready for wedding-related events. While close to H Street, it is far enough away that noise was not a problem. We took advantage of Whole Foods, Starbucks, and CVS being nearby to keep us stocked. Rick was a responsive host and helped guide us on how to park two vehicles at the property. The location, size, and comfort of the H Street Corridor property allowed our family to catch up and enjoy the long weekend and wedding.

This was the Best VRBO property that we stayed at. Our Host thought of everything that you may need for your first night there, plus. They had a little coffee for the next morning, soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, two coffee pots, a tea kettle, etc. Our group was very impressed. We would absolutely stay here again. Well appointed home a few blocks from Union Station and capitol building. We are a family of 7, with kiddos ranging in age from 6 to 13. The kitchen was well appointed and it’s half a block from Whole Foods, Cava and Starbucks. Only request would be TVs in bedrooms. We had a great time, and hosts were very accommodating with any questions/requests. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific location; charming row house neighborhood and a Whole Foods within steps. Our weather was lovely, so we enjoyed daily walks to explore the Mall, Museums, Memorials, the Capitol and the White House. Our first time to the area and this was a wonderful spot for home base. Comfy, clean, well equipped; all we needed!
