Walk to the corner to jump on the free trolley to see King Street or get on the metro or stroll by the river front before getting on a boat to Gaylord National Harbor or Georgetown to see Washington's museums, monuments and sights. The Space:

This is truly right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk across to the farmers market on Saturday mornings to buy fresh flowers or fruits, get a coffee at Grape and Wine or eat a delicious crepe for brunch downstairs at the Fontaine.

You will not be disappointed.



Guest Access:

There is smart lock access to the front of the property, which is a shared access entrance. Inside the building you will find a shared staircase that leads to the individual apartments. You will receive a unique code for the smart lock on your apartment door and the code for the front door of the building one day prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Historic district of Alexandria. Close to Mount Vernon estate as well as Washington DC with all it has to offer. Ghost tours regularly through the historic houses in Old Town. Torpedo Factory is full of artists at work or displaying their creations.



Getting Around:

The building is walking distance to King Street metro. There is also a free trolley that runs regularly along King Street from the Riverfront to King Street metro, you can hop on and off. You can also take a boat to Gaylord/National Harbor and Georgetown in DC from the riverfront in Alexandria. Plenty of street parking as well as private lots with varying prices within two block radius.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy a beautiful master bedroom with unique features and amenities. Washing machine and dryer are coin operated and are located in the basement.



There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.

We allow guests complete privacy but are available with phone or text for any emergencies.
