「This was an awesome house! It's right next to the castle, which was a really cool day out. Would highly recommend!」

「The property was gorgeous. Sally allowed us early check. Perfect location for Warwick House Weddings. Highly recommended ❤️」

「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. Then, you will pick up room key at the door assigned to you by the hotel. By the way, you should not forget to bring your soap, shampoo, and conditioner,...

「Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs」

「This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Overall, it was an extremely convenient...

「nice garden, relax place」

「The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

「Great location, central to all the things we wanted to see and do」

「The booking, check in and communication couldnt have been better, and the hosts sorted an electronic parking permit which was a welcomed touch. The apartment itself was well appointed and in a great central location, just what we were after. Would recommend and stay again.」

「A little challenging to locate the entrance. Besides that, great accommodations with ideal access to attractions and public transportation. Will definitely consider renting again.」

「Laundry was not on site it was down the street, regular laundromat . Supplies were very limited. 1 -,Bin bag , no dishcloth, 1 tea towel. -3,- day stay with 4 adults. It could be family friendly . Mattresses were sagging very difficult for 2 people to sleep . 」

「Better beds (mattresses)Could be better cleaned Lots of upstairs noises Needs updating paint peeling/damp areas」

「i got fully scammed and won’t get a refund back」

「Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .」

「Perfect location! Easy and safe parking. Access to every thing.」
