「The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return.」

「We loved the teepee and all the thoughtful touches and little goodies! Just hanging out at the fire, watching the fireflies, hanging out by the hammocks, by the creek, under the stars, horses and deer around...beautiful!」

「We have been in need of a family getaway for a while and this was perfect. It was quiet and the fenced in yard meant we could bring our dogs with us. We were able to experience the mountains, Helen, and get some family time. The cabin was very clean and we had everything we needed. I also liked that the kids had their own space downstairs where they could play but us adults were able to relax in peace upstairs. We would love to rent it again.」

「A very intimate and darling place to stay- very small but we had 3 adults and one child and it worked well. The outdoor spaces help. The small pool is very accessible and we had plenty of privacy. Hosts were very responsive. We had a beautiful 5 day stay. 」

「If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains this place is it. Beautiful and meticulously maintained property that invites you to relax and enjoy. Good location close to Hiawassee and surrounding attractions. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a great stay and plan to return.」

「We've rented quite a few vacation properties in the Georgia mountains over the years and this was by far our favorite. The location on the lake is really beautiful and quiet. The outdoor screen porch was a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable and the owners very responsive. I highly recommend and hope to come back next year as well. 」
