"The cottage was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit family at the Jersey shore. The location is on the quiet bay side, but within walking distance to shops, food and the boardwalk. It was off season, so parking was not an issue. It was clean and cozy with comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and coffee all provided and a nice touch. The only negative would be the lack of a washer/dryer as there is no space for them, but not a deal breaker for us...

Some issues with incorrect check in instructions, and listing details (it has been updated since we notified the owner of the error). Pictures are accurate, but things to note:1) Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small - there is not much extra space aside from being able to walk around the bed2)...
