"Our rooms AC I was broken and blowing out hot air and then there was this gross leak in the bathroom coming out of the light on to the toilet we told staff and they didn’t do anything "

"Exaclty what we needed after 12 hours in the car. Quiet room, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Easy in and easy out. Room was clean and linens were fresh. Nice to have the microwave and fridge in the room. Bathroom also clean and well stocked. Hand soap, lotion, shampoo and body wash. Tisssues as well. There was coffee in the lobby which we took advantage of before we left. Very nice view off the balcony over the lake. "

"Everything about the property was great they even have a charging station in there parking lot, the only thing that swayed my whole rating was is that I paid for the breakfast for two and was told that I did not and was not granted breakfast and am out whatever it was to prepay for the breakfast. 3 stars"

"Not happy that we had to pay an extra $100 to have our 2 dogs with us. We booked it with pets. Shower bathing supplies were empty. Pretty unimpressed with Hotels.com. Never using them again."

"The room was clean but the furniture, pillow, and carpet had bad odor. I couldnt use their pillows. I used my neck pillow. I am glad I packed my own facial towel and pillow case. Very basic. "
