"We arrived to check in at 6 pm there was no reception . Wait staff in restaurant were not clear on where our room was or where to park. We were told sauna was broken , then next night we were told sauna was working. Staff were overwhelmed in all areas of accommodation"

"Beautiful gardens surrounding the property with several lovely birds visiting. No power points in the bathroom yet a hair dryer is provided. No occasional table and only one chair making it difficult for two people. Excellent location, quiet, peaceful."

"Great location in Bright with convenient parking. Check-in was smooth and easy even after reception hours, which was perfect after a late day skiing. Friendly staff and great facilities, especially the sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended!"
