「A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.」

「Very friendly hosts. Studio room was excellent - very clean and tidy. Fresh cake was left out for us!Our dog was welcomed.Nearby Beechworth is a lovely historical town.Plan to visit again.」

「So the owner did make a mistake and forgot about our booking, meaning when we arrived the room wasn't ready and took over an hour before we could check in.However I respect that the host did what she could to quickly rectify the situation and partly refunded our payment.The unit is clean, spacious and great for a small family or couple to stay.」
