"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. "We really enjoyed our stay - this is our second time staying at this hotel. Fairly affordable and easy access to the NEC which is only a short drive away. The room was tidy and clean and we also had a fan in the room which was very welcome given the warm weather. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, but the staff were really helpful. I asked if they had any sweet vegan options and they went back into the kitchen and got me a really lovely lemon and poppy seed muffin."

"First time at this hotel, the room we had was very clean as was the rest of the hotel that we saw although we did not eat there and were not in the hotel very long as we were attending a concert. The only staff we met were on reception but they were very good and the only problem for me was the hotel is a little out of the way for me as a disabled person but it was easy enough to get a taxi"

"Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from . We did manage to use leisure facilities that morning up untill 12pm."

"The from of the building is very nice but the back down the very narrow entrance looks like an old nursing home or a once before block of flats. The lift needs updating. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was between 08:00 -10:00 yet the fried eggs looked like they had been out for hours."
