"We were looking for a hotel in the area and this one was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and had coffee and tea available the only downside was in the bathroom where the shower slider was loose making it difficult to shower."

"Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back ."

"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and big and had a lovely view looking out over Birmingham. The extras ordered were loved by my wife as they were a surprise for her. The bathroom had a bit of damage but it did not matter ie damage to bottom of bathroom door, a tiny bit of paint peeling off the wall. The room was very clean. Shower temperature could have been hotter than it was."

"Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10. The best thing about the experience was the staff. A big thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome (especially Finn and Hans at Reception). Service at breakfast was exceptional. Can't wait to return! "
