「空港送迎があって便利なホテル　コストパフォーマンス良し」

「I spent one night in one room with no water,cockroachs and outdated furnitures.The pool is only Symbol. It is no more a sweamingpool. One member of the staff told me the water looks clean but it is dirty.」

「I tried to call them from Japan because I wanted to make sure that the shuttle bus would come to the airport to pick me up . However, the phone numbers are old, and I have never got to reach them. Shuttle bus never showed up when I have arrived at the airport despite the fact I have booked the shuttle service when I booked the room on this hotel. I am no satisfied with this hotel service」

「I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here.」

「体調不良でエアコンがあるとのことで泊まりましたが、エアコンはありませんでした。バスルームにバスタブはありますが、貯湯タンクが小さく、入浴できません。7Fに泊まりましたが、目の前に幹線の大通り（坂道）があり、旧式の大型トラックが、昼夜を問わずものすごい騒音と排ガスが出ており、排ガスが７Fまで来るので、窓は開けられませんでした。食事は西洋と現地のものが半々で、味は美味しかったです。特にフルーツがうまいです。テレビはNHKが視聴できます。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。ご利用される方は、高層階を選択すれば、環境は良くなると思います。」

「I Yemi, enjoyed the spa we spent hours relaxing, was my second time here :) and birthday gift. also had some nice dinner at the kuriftu restarant along with the breakfast, thanks to my Robert S. :) hope to come back soon with him and my family, for a third visit once my boyfriend visits ethiopia from Vancouver Canada, thank you Kuriftu entoto, what an amazing place, Yemi, :)」
