「Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. Room was super cute, well decorated, the bathroom was really nice, loved the shower and it was very clean. We were able to walk to Highclere Castle from the hotel (20 minute walk) which was great because...

「日本の民宿に近い感覚で、手ごろな料金にてボリュームのある朝食付きで宿泊できます。部屋は清潔でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。館内には古い鉄道の写真などが飾ってあります。線路の脇にありますので、電車の音はします。静かでないと寝れない方にはお勧めしませんが、私はあまり気になりませんでした。」

「とっても素敵なホテルです！ホテルの受け付けはレストランのバーになります。ワンちゃんも一緒に泊まれるホテルなので、愛犬を連れてきている人も多かったです。ドッグランがあり、レストランにもワンちゃんが一緒に入れます。朝食は込みで、いくつかのメニューから選べます。（エッグベネディクト、イングリッシュオールインワン、サーモンなど。別でパンやシリアル、果物は自由です）ワンちゃん用のご飯も朝食会場にありました。 　ワンちゃんと一緒に泊まれるホテルですが、お部屋はとても綺麗で匂いもありません。冷蔵庫がなかったことが残念ですが、コーヒーマシーンやお水もセットされていて快適でした。　なんといっても周りがとっても静かで、ゆっくりするには最適です。　ただ周りにスーパーなどはないので、ホテルのレストランで夕食されることをおススメします。とっても美味しいです」

「It’s a lovely authentic pub in a small village, with a big courtyard and outdoor tables with parasols. The rooms are on the opposite side of the courtyard to the pub and are spacious and clean but very warm, even with the windows open and fans. We have stayed here 2 years running for the F1 as it’s very handy for the park and ride. I recommend staying here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the pub food is delicious.」
