The location was convenient and close to many places. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"Super cool building, not your standard boring hotel (which I love) and we loved the proximity to the Neptune theater. There was only one elevator working for staff and for guests. So when housekeeping needed to get to the different floors, it created quite the headache for guests who were trying to check out, or getting to/from their room during that time. We waited almost 40 minutes trying to get the elevator to our room. It wasn't made clear when we checked in that we would need a reservation for the restaurant on the rooftop, so heads up- you can't just go up there without a staff member sending you up. I think a lot of our troubles were caused by a singular elevator experience, if the property manager fixed that I would have rated it higher. Overall it was a pretty good experience "

"Clean room and staffs are friendly Accessible to buses and train station walking distance to the grocery shop and the nice thing was very close to space needle.....love the place. I hope they have microwave and electric kettle each room. You can hear people talking while heating there food outside the hallway. "

"What a wonderful stay at City Haven II! The host, Teresa, was delightfully welcoming. The house is comfortable, beautiful, exceptionally clean and well appointed. We found everything we needed and more. It was nice to have a reserved parking space and for us, the location was conveniently located near family and friends. Despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. "
