"The first word to describe the rooms here is: Spacious. A couch, a "kitchenette" of sorts (sink and a mini-fridge) and a desk in one area, and the bed and a closet and chair, and the bathroom in another. We couldn't quite play tennis in our room, but pickleball seemed possible. The bed and the bath were good, no complaints. The only negatives for us were the lights were all the "cool" blue-ish LEDs, so that casts a weird, dim shade of light in the room, in my opinion, and the second was probably because our location was fairly close to the obby, and we could hear people talking there, and in the next room. And we were facing the parking lot, so we heard people who were up and out by 4:30 AM. We heard our neighbors talking in the late evening as well, which I think was mostly because the rooms have wood plank flooring, and high ceilings, and our room was a lock-off. Our friends stayed on the second floor, and on the other side of the building, and did not have the same kind of issues with noise, so, I don't think noise would be a problem if you got a quieter location. That sounds like a lot of negative, but really, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as long as you can get a quieter location than we had. s"
