"Very classy, well furnished, clean hotel with superlative views. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremelly attentive, friendly and accomodating. This was easily the best hotel i stayed in within the cultural center of SL. If i returned to Kandy i would stay here again, hands down? Superb value as well, highly recommended"

Location good for getting around. 200slr for a tuk tuk to the cenrre or 10-15 min walk. Ony negative was the proximity to monk 5am chants and the noise of chairs in restaurant above scraping the ceiling late and early. "

"The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. "Hotel was comfortable, safe, and they had onsite driver accommodations (apparently a thing in Sri Lanka). We didn't get to stay here long enough, and there was a festival that made the streets incredibly crowded. I wish we had the chance to explore the area more, however we made our way down (per the hotel's recommendation) to dinner at Hideout Lounge, and then back to the hotel.
