「Perfect property. Quiet. Beautiful night sky, no city lights! Hot tub was hot and clear. Very clean house. Walking distance to anything in Yachats. Loved the little bit of extra big property. Would definitely stay again.」

「My daughter and I enjoyed a few days here. The cottage is comfortable and filled with happy vibes. We enjoyed cooking in the little kitchen and even did some baking together. The open layout of the house makes it feel spacious. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. They were taking some trees out during our visit so we stayed inside but the outdoor firepit looks wonderful! The location was perfect for us with beach access just down the cute little path. We can't wait to stay here again....

「Wonderful home, great location in a sweet quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard landscape. Enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbird gorge herself on the bright flowers. Mark was an outstanding host. Close to beach, town and excellent hiking trails. So relaxing and fun. 」

「Cute well furnished cottage. Only issue was the extremely pokey weed things on the walk to the beach that left splinters in our feet and dogs paws, but there was someone trying to remove the dried bushes. 」
