「What a great stay! This unit is in an excellent location and was on a quiet street. It was cozy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Steve was so awesome at communicating, providing anything we needed, and so helpful with travel and tips for a storm that came through. Would love to stay here again! 」

「Wonderful experience in a lovely family home with a private apartment snd private entrance. A very nice yard is also available to guests.This is a good location. We had easy access to the Takoma Park area. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in this area.」

「This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! I have only positive things to say about this unit and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to come to the area!」

「The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

「GREAT location, very clean and the price is good compared to hotels. The check in was super easy and the communication and courtesy levels were excellent. I will stay there again!」

「The room was very clean and the host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The parking is misleading. You can only park on the street and it’s a one-way short block. You might have to park up around the corner. The host was able to get us a pass to park in that area. We were a little worried about the neighborhood because it seemed a little sketchy at night, but it turned out to be OK. The parking was the biggest downfall. We had to leave a day and a half early due to family emergency. 」

「Great location for visiting DC! Metro station next door along with grocery, pharmacy, many restaurants. Very much enjoyed the stay. 」

「Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.」
