「Stayed before and this time didn’t disappoint. Lovely rooms staff friendly and helpful.」

「Helpful staff」

「Very clean, lovely helpful staff and great breakfast. Accommodation faces a large car park, which we were aware of when booking, however this does mean there is a lot of noise from cars and people late at night and very early in the morning. Ear plugs were supplied on arrival. Highly recommend visiting the Tintagel Castle.」

「All staff helpful and friendly , clean and well presented room. In room tea/coffee making , plus some nice biscuits. Good breakfast included too.」

「Fabulous location. It is great to fall asleep with the sound of waves breaking on the rocks. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and really helpful. Thank you team. We will be back.」

「Always Lovely staff happy to help and very clean hotel always look forward to my stays here」

「Amazing staff and location - a bit tired inside but maybe that’s because we came at the end of the summer season?」

「Was great and what we needed」

「We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.」

「Very pretty but a bit tired. One lady on reception needs to attend customer service training and learn how to smile. The other lady on departure was fantastic though.」

「Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. The rooms can be very cold and my radiator didn't seem to work. Additionally, this wasnt helped by the fact the shower only seemed to get warm not hot. During my stay there was also no mention by staff of there being a function being on the first floor (the rooms back onto the function room on this...
