「Overall this place was fine but it felt a bit unfinished in some ways. For example, there are large pieces of art just leaning against the walls, as if they were going to be put up or taken down, but had just been left there. Also, several of the drawers in the kitchen were broken or breaking. Although it looks like they are in the middle of remodeling or replacing some pieces of the kitchen. 「Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. 「Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.」
