Amazing dessert experience

We had a brilliant time. This camp is really well set up compared to some of the others we saw on our tour. The staff are super friendly and we loved our tour with Hussain.

Picked up at the carparking area in Wadi Rum village and went directly on 4 hour jeep tour finishing with amazing sunset panoramic views. Staff very friendly. Tent was very comfortable with amazing views. Dinner fabulous as was sitting by an open fire drinking tea and chatting with other guests. Very quiet at night and slept so well. Sunrise camel 🐪 tour was a highlight of my adventure and a wonderful breakfast to finish of my wonderful stay.

What an experiance it was amazing..wadi is a must do experiance ...our driver hussien was amazing and a good cook...the sights he took us to were amazing ..we did the all day tour 09.30 to 18.00 for 70 per person ..the food at night was a zabar and tasted amazing...we had a lvely stay..the accomodation was in a dome tent ..but unfortunately it does need attention with sand everywhere and toilet holder left off the wall ..it really just needed a good clean and maintenance ..but it is in the desert ..the views made up for all discrepancies

Stargazing experince!

Tents in beautiful Wadin Rum desert. Place is runned by family members, they are always eager to help. Good food and tea, evening dances. Specially for people who like stargazing and silence of the desert. Recommended.

The hotel is very walkable to Petra Visitor Center. The owner checked us in when we arrived. He explained the details about visiting Petra, including different trails, how long it would take, different options, etc. which was very helpful for the first time visitor.

Great place to stay in Wadi Rum!

It was an amazing experience visiting Wadi Rum desserts. All the hotel people and the tour guides left us lots of unforgettable beautiful memories. It was convenient to have the private bathrooms, WiFi, good lightings and the nice veranda. The food in the hotel (camp) was quite authentic and really good. Enjoyed the nice mint tea and home made coffee ceremony by the fire work!!

We had great communication with the owners who met us at the Wadi Rum village and escorted us to the camp. The accomodations were just as shown in photos. We were provided authentic bedouin breakfast and dinner each day and the meals were delicious. They also arranged tours through the desert and a camel ride for us. Their communication prior to arrival was excellent and they went the extra mile to assure we enjoyed our visit to the Wadi Rum. I highly recommend this camp because it was much more than just a place to sleep.

The best time ever

· Everything was amazing, great hospitality the location in wadi rum was great. Value for money was brilliant the showers and toilet facilities were clean and tidy with hot water all day. The host ahmad was very funny and speaks amazing english he also arranged are departure to the border for us as we had a tight schedule. Mohammed also looked after us very well and the food he cooked was amazing the best chicken i have ever tasted cooked in the old bedouin bbq style. I will return one day. The stay here rounded off an amazing time in jordan perfectly.

Nice location, good treatment

The camp is new and not fully equipped yet. Some night stands were missing. Nothing to put your towels or cloths on, but otherwise it was nice. The owner was very friendly, but the rest of the staff has poor communication. Be sure to contact the camp before arrival as you may have to leave your car/transportation some miles away and get to the camp in there camp's truck.

El lugar es maravilloso, se encuentra en medio del desierto rodeado de montañas, dunas y arena. La habitación parece sacada de una historia de las mil y una noches; tapicería árabe cubre sus paredes, cuenta con un gran puerta de cristal para salir a una terraza y sentarse a contemplar los cientos de estrellas que iluminan el cielo en la noche o ver la puesta y salida del sol entre las montañas. Por las noches, después de la cena, los anfitriones invitan a sentarse alrededor del fuego y disfrutar un delicioso té. The place is wonderful, it is in the middle of the desert surrounded by mountains, dunes and sand. The room seems to be taken from a story of the Arabian Nights; Arabic tapestry covers its walls, has a large glass door to go out to a terrace and sit and contemplate the hundreds of stars that illuminate the sky at night or watch the sunset and sunrise between the mountains. In the evenings, after dinner, the hosts invite you to sit around the fire and enjoy a delicious tea.

Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . Everywhere needed a good clean. Tissues etc under bed from last guests on arrival and bathroom covered in toothpaste marks. Off site Manager was very very good. Sorted out our problem with tours quickly and helpfully, and was a man of honour. Overall, this is a well located camp with stunning views from the tent, really accessible- you can drive to and keep your car at the camp- and the overall manager is great. On site management needs an improvement regarding cleanliness, food quality and service. However, the price offered for the accommodation is low- and to be honest I should have expected a lower standard as reflected in the price. I suspect that overall this camp is probably one of the better ones. If we were to return we would have paid extra and gone for a site/ hotel type with a swimming pool which also has excellent food.

The check in process took a little longer than I expected. Overall the stay was Ok but not super. The food was mediocre and on the expensive side, especially dinner.

Super endroit ,super acceuil on ce sent bien,la nourriture est traditionnel c est ce qu ont chercher avec un chef qui vous régal, les frères qui gerent le camp sont super gentil ils nous on fait découvrir leur desert de wadi rum et on a n a pris plein les yeux,je recommande ce camp sans hesitation vous ne serez pas decu. Tres beau souvenirs.

Lieu tout particulièrement idéal pour profiter du désert. Les chambres sont ultra confortables et propres. La vue sur le désert de jour comme de nuit est idéal! Enfi le patron vous fera vos sorties desert à la carte !
