「Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . 「The rooms need maintenance, it looked very old. Our closet wasn’t working, the doors were broken. We got that room to see the sky at night and it was very hold to roll the curtains as thy were old and not working properly. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Beautiful location and lovely staff. The “tent” was basic. Could’ve had a small side table and hooks. The food was excellent. The restroom/shower building and facilities left a LOT to be desired. Dirty, no TP, broken shower head. Almost no water pressure. 」
