「宿泊施設，スタッフ共に満足でまた泊まりたい。ただホテル周辺に買物ができる施設，コンビニ、スーパー類がまるでないのが少し不便。ホテルに着く前の移動中に済ましておくのが良い」

「Love everything about this hotel. Location. Cleanliness. Easy in/out. But it is very expensive for a Super 8 Motel. Their shower system is very outdated as are the carpeting and bedding. I understand you can get away with it for proximity to the concert hall. But if you’re going to charge these outrageous prices, you should provide better aesthetics.」

「Do not stay here! I booked a room 3 weeks in advance of our trip. We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it! We had laid on the bed, used the restroom but they didn't clean it before renting to someone else. Now it makes me wonder how clean the room was that we...

「Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was nice, had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok. The room is a little small but had everything we needed. Just wish there was more room for our belongings because the tv took up most of the space on the desk.」

「Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」

「No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. 「They should not be rooming people until the repairs from the tornado damage are completed. The windows are broken, the boarded windows are not sealed so who knows what kind of mold and animal life come through, including bugs. It smells like mold and weed. The water is brown, we had to use water bottles to brush our teeth and wash our hands/face. The towels are stained yellow. It feels gross being there, we left early. 「Everything they made feel at home. The cleaning staff very helpful and accommodating loved my stay ty staff.」

「The hotel is quite nice as is the staff. But, the washroom for the sink faucet and bathroom tub / shower, both drains emitted a terrible septic odor. Something really needs to be done about this. Imagine other rooms have the same problem. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location, and all else was great.」
