Historic XIV Century Cottage with Modern Comforts, Garden and Parking

Large gite of 150m² for 6 people in a character house dating from the 14th century. In the village of Void-Vacon located close to the National 4. Commercy (10 km) with its Château Stanislas and its madeleines, or Nancy (30 minutes) its Place Stanislas... , this cottage invites you to a peaceful stroll between nature and soil. 10 km from Vaucouleurs: "In the footsteps of Joan of Arc". 40 km away, visit Verdun and the battlefields as well as the World Center for Peace. The entrance opens into a large living room with generous volumes with, on the ground floor: bar and TV. The interior decoration harmonizes perfectly with the architecture. Exposed stones and beams, fireplace in the hearth (wood offered), stone sink: so many elements which contribute to reinforcing the authenticity of this place. The equipped kitchen gives direct access to a terrace which extends to a peaceful fenced garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). It is the tranquility in the heart of the village. Also on the ground floor: utility room with washing machine and separate WC.

Upstairs, served by a large landing, 3 warm bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 cot) bathroom, separate WC confirm this pleasant feeling of tranquility.

Beautiful house with medieval feel

Beautiful house with medieval feel to it. Nice garden with evening sun. Very spacious and clean. Boulangerie is 3 minutes away on foot. Close to the river for a walk. Close to Nancy, Toul, Bar-le-Duc and forests for walking. Owner was very nice and helpful.
