Around the hotel is not exactly a tourist location and somewhat run down area and possibly dangerous at night. However transportation is close by so it was convenient. "The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I thought the breakfast was quite basic, but not terrible. It is very close to Brussels Midi station, but it's not the nicest of areas so you need to get a taxi in to the centre for a nice meal."
