Vittorio Alfieri Theater

Room was clean. We paid for a room with air conditioning but it simply did not work at all. Both of the nights that we stayed there the room was over 26 degrees at night which made it almost impossible to sleep. Went to the reception staff multiple times but once they seen that it was blowing air they said it was working find and did not need to change our rooms. The breakfast was good. Bar was nice but the face that we could not sleep at night due to the extreme heat in the room ruined our trip to Florence. Personally would not recommend due to the above experience

Great location with great rooms. It was exceedingly hot and the air-conditioning kept up. The roof top bar was amazing- you could see the whole city.
