「Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! 」

「Classico B&B hotel con struttura moderna e camere grandi e confortevoli. La zona non eccezionale ma comoda a piedi al centro. Parcheggio in struttura, ma anche in strada nelle vie laterali.」

「ビルバオ空港からバスで移動して来ましたが、バスターミナルからホテルまでの交通機関はバスとトラムがあり、アクセスに困ることはありませんでした。 ビルヘン・ブランカ広場へは徒歩で10分くらいで、周辺のタパスバーやレストランに行くのにも便利なロケーションです。 フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。冷蔵庫があったのは嬉しかったけど、お湯を沸かすポットがあれば尚良かったです。 唯一の欠点はエアコンが作動しなかったこと。スイッチは入っているのに全く作動しませんでした。 お風呂上がりのドライヤータイムに持参していたハンディファンでしのいだ以外は、窓を開けて自然の風で丁度良かったので、特にレセプションには問い合わせませんでした。」

「Las camas son cómodas. No hay aire acondicionado, porque normalmente no hace calor por las noches. Pero con esta ola de calor nos facilitaron un ventilador. Los dueños muy amables y atentos. Puedes desayunar en el alojamiento, previo aviso. Hay un bar en el pueblo para desayunar y comer, pero no para cenar. Para cenar debes ir a Mendoza, un pueblo cercano. O puedes llevar comida y tomarla en el comedor.」
