Automated check in was terrible - the system was very confusing and required many manual entries outdoors in the rain. The room was clean and very comfortable.

En pleno centro del casco de Vitoria. Cama muy cómoda. Se oye todo de las habitaciones contiguas, ronquidos, conversaciones, grifo..Hay que tener claro que se va a un hotel donde se hace el auto check in...me dio problema la máquina, aunque en esa ocasión solucionamos rápido. 24horas para resolver una duda de la salida, enviado correo e intentado localizar al personal telefonicamente a las 19h de la tarde, no fue posible

Struttura ordinata e pulita con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e nulla di superfluo. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare sul posto un addetto dell'hotel e abbiamo potuto fare il check in senza problemi altrimenti avremmo dovuto farlo da soli ad una macchina e sarebbe stato problematico

Una buena opción para conocer Vitoria

Está bastante bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad, en el centro. La cama es cómoda, el nivel de limpieza es muy bueno, las habitaciones son amplias y los baños también. Lo malo es que no cuenta con recepción 24 horas, normalmente están sólo por las mañanas y a la hora de hacer del check-in hay que usar una máquina cuyo uso es algo difícil, sobre todo a la hora de leer el DNI. Lo bueno de este sistema es que puedes llegar cuando quieras, no pasa nada si llegas muy tarde. Hay un teléfono para urgencias pero no tuve necesidad de usarlo. Además, no se ofrece servicio de comidas. Pero hay varios sitios cerca.

まず原則としてレセプションに人がいません。平日の午前中の2時間程度はいるようですがそれ以外はいません。昼くらいの掃除が終わる時間からはホテル自体にホテル側の人がいません。チェックインは外にある自動チェックイン機で行いますが、若干入力項目がわかりにくいのと（英語への切り替え有り）機械の反応が良くないので時間がかかります。わたしがいったときは時節柄寒く、さらに雨が降っていたので、その中でたぶん15分以上かかったと思います。問合せの電話番号が機械の上部にあるのですが、そこにかけてなんとかできました。先方がパソコン？か何かで補助操作をしている印象でした。そこでレシートやらルームカードが発行されます。部屋の中の暖房は名前がわかりませんがセントラルヒーティングのデロンギみたいなものでこれの効きが弱く、わたしは風邪を引いてしまいました。ホテル側の人間が誰もいないので、例えばルームカードを部屋の中に忘れたといったときにもうどうしようもありません。翌朝レセプションの方にお会いしたところとても良い人でした。推測では家族経営と思われます。

No me gustó nada el olor a tabaco que había en la habitación, en el ascensor ni en los pasillos del hotel. Tampoco me gustó el excesivo ruido de las habitaciones aledañas a la nuestra. Todo esto lo comentamos con la recepcionista y lo comprobó de primera mano el olor a tabaco era muy fuerte y decidió cambiarnos de habitación, lo cual agradecimos, aunque el ruido continuó, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha todo

El hotel y la recepción estupendos. Me refiero al servicio humano , ya que con las reservas de hoteles.com el número que te da para las maquinas 24h de check in no te deja entrar. El recepcionista estaba atento y me facilitó otro número con el que poder acceder. Deberían arreglar esto desde la plataforma ya que es la segunda vez que me pasa habiendo reservado desde esta app
