「Place is magnificent: My husband and I always enjoy our stay at the Brix. Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix.

「- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved...
「We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!」
