Staff at entrance and those who moved luggage for guests were generally courteous. Restaurant and wait staff were excellent. Front desk and reception very good. Kapok Hotel
My stay at the Kapok was perfect. I was greeted with warmth by the staff, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including two bottles of water and my bed was comfortable.
