There is security posted overnight, although it did not seem unsafe at any time. The property manager Brian was amazing. Would highly recommend. "

The shower floor edges appeared not clean and mats looked so dirty. Javex could have done the magic to to restore white and clean color of the mat."

If I can suggest one thing -----> The Lounge food and beverage DEFINITELY needs improvement. The selection is too small... It falls short compared to the other hotel loungers we experienced. Also very IMPORTANT is to at least remind the guest that the breakfast downstairs at Feria is separate and for additional pay and not the same as the breakfast in the Lounge."

"Great place to stay, my room wasnt readycl when first arrived, then I had to switch rooms twice due the paint fumes, I asked them well in advance for a room with access to the swim up bar but it fell on deaf ears. Overall it was a good place but -1 star because every time I had a guest come i had to go to reception to sign them in and all the employees would gather around us like we doing something wrong, it was very awkward..."
