Air con took an hour but got really cold. Bed were not comfortable. Breakfast was good for free. Dinner was magnificent and very affordable

Nice, professional front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Fantastic inclusive breakfast. Also, had lunch in restaurant- terrific and large portions. Hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to supermarket and walking distance to seaport (but take a trike). One suggestion, clean the window in room 530. Great place for value.

The building is older vintage but updated and very nice, modern and fast elevators near many shops and restaurants. In house breakfast is first class and evening dinner the staff went above and beyond making a fresh fruit salad upon ordering it Walkable to the boulevard banks and shops Suggest walking to the corner in either direction to avoid the trike taxi price gouging of the trikes just outside the hotel The ticketing service is highly recommended

Hotellets läger är det bäst tänkbara möjliga eftersom det verkligen ligger mitt i centrum. Personalen är supertrevlig och restaurangens meny är bred som jag tror skulle passa de flesta smaker. Däremot så är det inte alltid samma frukostbuffé och det var inte alla dagar som den föll mig i smaken. Men överlag så är jag mycket nöjd och rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Good staff. Breakfast buffet can use more fruit options, perhaps fresh (non soda, non-powder) orange juice also. Restaurant menu has good selections but some items not available. Good food packaging for the airport. Uncomfortable stay bc Bed was really firm/ hard- it’s a mattress box with about 5 inch foam on top…only one pillow per bed, had to request a second one and they cannot give more than 2 per person. No tea/coffee in the room but comes with w fridge and water kettle. Had to stay 3 nights bc of conference nearby. Wifi is ok all through out. Convenience to airport and beach. I love the early check-in option for reasonable price. Maybe refresh the pillows so they won’t be too flat, give standard 2 pillows per bed, upgrade the mattress toppers to thicker foam, or double them up so guests won’t feel the wood on the mattress box.

I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Essentia. The staff and security guards were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making sure our room was clean and that we always had fresh sheets and towels. The breakfast on our first morning was excellent, but on the following days some of the dishes were a bit too salty for our taste. Aside from that, the overall experience was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff.
