"施設は古いが清潔、バスタオル1枚があるが石鹸•シャンプー・無料の水はなし。お湯は出るが水圧は低い。バス停・ジンベイサメの受付から歩いてすぐ、周りに食事ができる店がある。何よりスタッフのケントさんが最高❣️。前もって行きたいところをメールしていたら、お膳立てしてくれていた。朝からサメの受付に同行して頂き，スミロンへの手配や滝への送迎とスムーズに進んだ。個人手配なので急かされる事なくとても快適で、料金も定価でした。 私が頼りなく見えたのか？LINEの交換もしてくれて何かあれば連絡出来るようにと心配りもあり最高の滞在でした。"

"I am a student, and I stayed at Casablanca with my friends for our first overseas trip. To be honest, it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff, including the owner Nick, were incredibly kind. There was nothing to complain about. If you need a car or tour arrangements, just ask the staff, and they will take care of it for you. Since all the staff members are very friendly, I highly recommend asking them if you have any questions. Especially, the owner Nick was very helpful. He allowed us to contact him directly and even offered us a discount as students. I really appreciate his kindness. After staying here, I truly understood why Casablanca has such high ratings.
