「As promised, a real sanctuary. A small and hidden gem attached to a farmhouse, everything was spotless and clean like home. The farm grounds are beautiful, with a lovely view of the Peaks of Otter. 「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Carriage House. The property is centrally located and easy to walk to the Art Park, downtown shops and restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay in Charlottesville.」

「Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. 」

「Wonderful host and great stay! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. More room that we needed for two couples. Easy off street parking for two cars. Loved the front patio area! Safe and easy to walk around the area. Perfect location for getting to local wineries and evenings out downtown. Host was very responsive and helpful and thought of everything when furnishing this rental. We will definitely book here again when we’re back in Charlottesville!」

「This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

「Our stay at the Pond House was wonderful! We were in the area for a wedding and the cozy apartment was perfect for our time away from home. The Pond House was equipped with everything we needed and it was sparkling clean. The neighborhood was quiet and five minutes from the airport. We couldn’t have had a better stay. 」

"There wasn’t a train that went straight from my hotel to DC or Pentagon city, which was a bit of a pain. But luckily, there was a shuttle bus that went to Reagan airport and Pentagon City metro station. The bus drivers were super nice and even gave me a metro map. "
