New Cabin Right on The Rockfish River! Peacefull River Sounds, Stunning views!
10/10 Excellent
"Very relaxing private property. Very clean and as advertised. Easy check in and wonderful property. "
"My girlfriend booked for a quick 4th of July get away.We stopped at some amazing wineries close by. The house was great. Many amenities to offer a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is on a low traveled road so it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the river across the street . The cabin was kept very clean and so were the surrounding areas. Host was so helpful and recommended a fantastic place a few miles away for fireworks. It was a local high school and the show was amazing. It was also great to have a traeger available so we could smoke ribs. They even supplied the pellets . Very accommodating for all of us. Pleasant and peaceful cabin. "

Hand hewn log cabin with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains
10/10 Excellent
"This was a wonderful mountain getaway to relax and recover from the stresses of life. I loved starting the day with a cup of tea sitting on the porch, looking over the field and mountains. Everything, including the kitchen, was very well stocked. We were within a short driving distance of some nice hikes to waterfalls (check out Crabtree Falls). We took advantage of the darker skies to take pictures of the milky way.The owner was very responsive to questions and the wifi was good - just make sure to plan and start your route before you leave the cabin, because there is no cell service once you leave (if the map is loaded on your phone, the gps does continue to work). "
"My mom and I used this place as a home base as we explored around Charlottesville and Lynchburg, it was perfect! Remote and relaxing with all the amenities we could want. Rebecca was super responsive and helped us have an amazing stay! "
"The Orchard House is an amazing B&B! From the folks taking care of us to the delicious meals to the views, everything was a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!"
"The house is well decorated and attractive. The lot around the property and surrounding neighborhood, not so much. The property is 20+ minutes from dining or groceries, but the kitchen was not well suited for cooking, mainly due to lack of suitable pots and pans. There were lots of bugs in the house too. "
