「Three night stay to attend a music festival. The reception area is large, airy and with plenty of seating and has a great little Starbucks counter. The checking in process was flawless and staff were professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a little tired in areas. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again.
